**THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON ANY HORSE PRODUCTS WHILE THE EI EXISTS IN AUSTRALIA**
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
ALL returned goods, MUST be returned to us, within 7 business days of receipt of our postage to you. Returns will not be accepted if later than 7 business days.
All returned items are to be in original condition and free from dust, dirt, horse hair or any other foreign marks. The original tags and a copy of the original invoice MUST accompany every returned item.
We are happy to refund you for the purchase price, if you are not happy with your purchase (This does not apply to special saddle orders). However, this will incur a 10% processing / handling fee. We also offer exchange or 'in store' credit, this will not incur any other charges; other than postage.
POSTAGE:
The buyer is responsible for ALL postage costs; Unless the item proves faulty, then we will reimburse you the postage amount paid by you, to have them returned to us, after the goods have been assessed; we will require a copy of your postage receipt, before doing this.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
There is strictly a NO RETURN / REFUND POLICY on Dvd's, Video's and / or book's. If on arrival these goods are faulty, we will replace it with the same title dvd, video or book.
We also have a strict, NO RETURN / REFUND POLICY, on special saddle orders; unless proved to be faulty by the manufacturer.
SADDLES:
Our saddles are hand made in the USA and come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty on the saddle tree. If your saddle does require warranty work, please send it back to us. We will then send it back to the manufacturers for assessment, and if required, repairs will be carried out. There is to be NO work carried out on these saddles while under the warranty period other than the manufacturer; any done so, will result in your warrenty becoming void.
Any saddle returns (due to major defects, reported to us within the first 7 business days, of receipt of our postage date to you), must be returned in origional condition, free from dust, dirt, horse hair or any other foreign matter; this includes the saddles are to be oil free (DO NOT OIL YOUR SADDLE WITHIN THIS PERIOD. This is so they can be returned to the manufacturer and replaced.
Prior to your saddle order being processed and work commenced. We require a 50% deposit. The balance MUST be paid before the saddle is posted to you. The estimated time (from time of payment), to saddle arrival, is approx. 10 weeks. Once the deposit has been paid and the order processed, the order can not be cancelled. If you cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit.
STOCKED ITEMS:
We try our best, to ensure the store pages are updated with current stock, for a speedy delivery of your goods. If we have sold out of the item you have ordered, you will be notified of a estimated time of delivery.
BACKORDER ITEMS:
You will see the option 'backorder' on some items, with a list of options. Feel free to order your preferred item, we will be sending these orders off at the end of every month. If you buy more than 3 backorder items in the same category (ie any 3 x Pro Choice Products), we will send your order off immediately, even if at the beginning of the month.
